There is nothing I like more than sitting in the corner of a Hindu Temple and soaking in the surroundings.
I met only lovely people while I was here. They treated me like a brother, not an outsider. My new friends guided me through a few religious rituals. I stood surrounded by locals as we chanted, clapped, and cleansed ourselves with the ceremonial flame. It was a wonderful experience and one I will look back on fondly for many years.
